Trusted Paws UK is a UK-based organisation providing assistance dog training services for individuals with diagnosed mental health conditions.

3. Service Eligibility

Our services are only available to:

• Individuals aged 18 or over

• Clients who provide appropriate documentation of diagnosis

• Residents within 2 hours of London (unless otherwise approved)

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if eligibility criteria are not met or misrepresented.

4. Training Programme Terms

By enrolling in our assistance dog training programme, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions and follow training guidance

• Ensure your dog is in good health and not a danger to others

• Provide accurate information regarding your needs and your dog’s behaviour

• Abide by payment terms, attendance policies, and trainer recommendations

Failure to comply may result in withdrawal from the programme.

5. Payments and Refunds

All fees (including setup fees and monthly payments) must be paid in accordance with the terms outlined at the time of registration.

 

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

All content on this website – including text, graphics, branding, and materials – is the intellectual property of Trusted Paws UK and may not be reused or reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to provide accurate and effective services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or behavioural results. Trusted Paws UK is not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of training advice or materials.
